Anil made me answer two surveys, a Life Balance Assessment & a Life Purpose form. Just filling these two forms removed all my skepticism about the process of coaching. Wow!!! The Life Balance Assessment survey was a real eye opener for me. Until filling the survey, I had never thought about my life being imbalanced.
